Mio Dado Classico is the most widespread variety in Italy. It is used to prepare all kinds of dishes.
Above all, it is well suited for the preparation of risottos, broths, sauces, omelettes and many meat dishes. Because Il Mio Dado Classico makes every recipe tastier, from the simplest to the most elaborate, binding and harmonizing the different flavors.
For the broth, 1 tablet in 500ml boiling water, for seasoning: add 1 whole or chopped tablet to a saucepan or pan. There is no need to add salt to the dishes, as it is already in the product.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. No need to refrigerate. The product contains no coloring or preservatives.
