Visciole cherries are wild fruits in the sour cherry family, which come mainly from Italian crops in Emilia-Romagna. Our Fiordifrutta has a bright ruby red colour, intense aroma and a slightly bitter flavour. Flavour: quite sweet and slightly bitter. Pairings and tips: delicious on smoked ricotta, caciotta and medium-aged cheese. It complements and enriches the flavor of ice cream and creamy desserts.
