High quality Pinsa base in mini version, handmade, highly digestible and versatile, perfect for savory and even sweet recipes. Easy to prepare and ready in just 5 minutes, fragrant and light thanks to the mix of three flours (wheat flour, soy flour and rice flour), and the high percentage of water that makes up the dough; without the addition of animal fats and a long, slow leavening. The Pinsa Pinsami Linea Ambient Temperature must be stored outside the fridge.
