As the name suggests, the tomato was not always red. The first to arrive in Italy were actually called "yellow apples" or "golden apples".
The yellow tomato has a sweeter and more delicate taste, is rich in beta-carotene and is an excellent antioxidant.
Immediately after harvesting, they are cut into pieces, packed in jars and boiled in a bain-marie to preserve their nutritional values.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
